WHO eyes mass Ebola vaccines by mid-2015

Members of the Department of Defense?s Ebola Military Medical Support Team go through special training at San Antonio Military Medical Center, Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, in San Antonio. The team will consist of 20 critical care nurses, 5 doctors trained in infectious disease, and 5 trainers in infectious disease protocols.

Google-Owned Nest Acquires Home Automation Hub Revolv

Google?s home automation company has added a new member. Nest Labs has acquired home automation hub Revolv for an undisclosed amount. As part of the deal, Revolv engineers will join Nest team to focus on the Works with Nest program and for existing customers, Revolv will continue to offer customer support for the products which are still under one-year warranty.
